When dealing with kidneys from an energy point of view, they are our powerhouse and need any amount of protection and pampering throughout our lives. Back pain is often related to the kidney weakness, although classic medicine will rarely connect these two.

When there is a lack of energy in the kidneys, this is recognizable at an early age. A child with weak kidneys will be withdrawn, not be able to socialize easily, suffer from low ability and creativity. As the condition is hereditary the family will not recognize a problem, as the parents were the same when they were young.

Weak kidney energy is not detectable by means of western medicine. If a person suffers from frequent ear infections in childhood, cold feet and for women, heavy, painful periods with clotting and dark red flow the energy in the kidneys is weak. Lower back pains coldness and problems are further indicators.

Other symptoms are difficulties in rising in the morning and the tendency to have late nights, not being able to go to sleep early. The metabolism takes a long time to get going and reaches its peak fairly late in the evening.

When suffering from these symptoms one should take care to improve one’s kidney energy. Regular natural relaxation is a powerful tool to improve one’s entire level of health.

Otherwise, there are a number of natural methods, foods, herbs and exercises which will increase the kidney energy.

Unfortunately, weak kidneys are such a common condition in our society, almost a normality and thus is not really recognized, which in turn accounts for widespread depression.
