I will recommend you, people interested in tennis and tennis players, watch “Mc Enroe vs Borg” movie. It is a spectacular movie that not just tells us the story of this amazing and famous tennis players. Also, show us how are the life and the mentality of a professional tennis player indeed. The movie presents which mental changes have to do a tennis player to become a professional tennis player.

Borg vs Mc Enroe, Movie.

Firstly, the movie indicates how was the personality of Borg and Mc Enroe the most famous players at that time as Nadal and Federer actually.

Bjorn Borg born in Sweeden in 1956 during his childhood, Bjorn Borg was a very active, ambitious and determined child. He has a special gift for tennis and for hokey too. He was so determined that sometimes he gets mad when he lost a point or a game indeed in a tennis match this was a very big problem for him

Bjorn started to work in that emotions that every single athlete has lived sometimes, get rude when it is a bad time in an important match. The movie tells us how to control yourself in that important moment. Bjorn and his trainer show us how you can do this by yourself. Firstly we have to change our perception of that felling in a positive way. Secondly, transform it into positive action and thirdly try to become those moments in a habit. In this part of the movie, I realised that was the spirit of tennis and tennis player at every moment of their life, especially in hard times. That's the reason why tennis is a very complete sport to live in.

On the other hand, the movie presents Mc Enroe as a very quite different character as a Bjorn Borg is. Mc Enroe was bossy, decisive, ambitious but very aggressive and has a stubborn personality since he was a child. The movie shows us how this kind of persons are perceived and how they can change by a sensitive and caring hand. In a special moment, the movie tells us how Bjorn Borg gives good advise to Mc Enroe in one of the most famous and important matches in the historic Wimbledon´s final in 1980.

Finally, the movie shows us clearly how is the mentality of a tennis player during a tournament with a lot of anxiety and menu of emotions that can be filled every single time, in every single moment and in every single point.
