With constructive feedback, our articles should inspire people to change their minds, realise their mistakes, and help companies to be great places where to grow professionally.

Once you are a Writer
Follow some simple rules described below and start preparing a draft article that our editors will review. You can submit your drafts directly to the publication, as explained later.
We review your article, and if accepted, we will share it on all our Social Networks pages that you can see at the bottom.
Some simple rules to follow
- Use a tool to check spelling mistakes or typos, like Grammarly.
- Focus on writing about Management, Leadership and Career Development.
- Follow the style of the previous articles, including this one. You can notice the title Written In This Way, and three dots separate each section.
- Use a Title and a Subtitle.
- Add one or more good pictures.
- Be sure you have your name and a picture of you in your Medium account.
- Try to write articles with a reading time of 5 or more minutes.
- Add at least one of the following Tags to the article: Management, Leadership, Best Practices, SCRUM, Career Development.
- Click on Add to publication.
