At present, the pressure of life is high and the pace of life is accelerating, which makes us feel unable to adapt. The probability of people suffering from depression is greatly increased. So, how many ways are there to prevent depression in life?

1. To prevent depression, you need to take appropriate protection to avoid stimulation and interference. For example, don’t go to places that make you sad, and stay away from people who will make you angry to avoid getting angry. You should improve your tolerance for irresistible stimulation.
