Hey guys … I am sharing some Myths about our beloved coffee. So chill guys, have a look at them, and keep enjoying your coffee.

GOOD DAY!

Myth 1: Coffee dehydrates you

It’s a clear myth. Coffee doesn’t dehydrate our bodies. It’s true that makes us pee a lot of times but it’s because it boosts our body metabolism. An increase in metabolism causes catalyzing of our body process but it doesn’t dehydrate us.

Our kidney is always there to regulate the amount of water stored and doesn’t allow anything to reduce the water level. So let them handle their job. Your favorite brew does not hurt the process.

Myth 2: Coffee is bad for your heart

Have you heard people talk about caffeine being the cause of potential heart disease? Ohh gosh come on we don’t need this much negativity in our lives.

Drinking coffee regularly reduces the risk of heart diseases. The analysis of data from three large, well-known heart disease trials, it is found that the more coffee people drank, the lower their risk for heart failure. But that benefit didn’t extend to people who drank decaf.

Myth 3: Instant coffee has no health benefits

Well-brewed coffee is superior in terms of flavor, definitely. But instant coffee does not lose its antioxidants due to the processing it goes through.

The regular coffees that come in seed form are more strong but they are hectic to handle. On the other hand, instant coffee is easy to go with. You can put a pack and stirring makes your coffee ready to drink. When you have nothing to reduce you crave … come on pull out a pack of instant coffee. See it never does any harm but its pros are great.

Myth 4: Coffee can affect growth

No, there is no scientific evidence about the effects of caffeine on growth. This decades-old myth holds no truth, as coffee has proven that it does not carry any harmful nutrients to cause osteoporosis or weak bones.

While it is advised to keep a check on your kids’ caffeine intake, coffee won’t necessarily stunt growth. It’s not that your baby would be an elf if he drinks coffee, it’s just the same as not allowing you kid to smoke in childhood.

Myth 5: Coffee increases cholesterol levels

While anything and everything consumed in moderation is healthy for the body, coffee doesn’t cause any harm to your cholesterol level.

This particular myth has more to do with how you take your coffee and what you add to it.

Remember, when consumed in moderation, coffee does great things to your general health. So let nothing damage that awesome relationship you have with your favorite cuppa.
