I Lost 10 kgs in 15 days, the “Egg Diet”

Introducing Egg Diet :
So, starting I will like to introduce you guys to Egg Diet. Recently, while surfing on youtube I came across a channel named Versatile Vicky. She is a nutritionist and a diet expert too. Her diet plans are healthy and body-friendly. On the top of the queue, I saw her most viral diet plan called “Egg Diet Plan”. The most important and interesting thing that encouraged me to do this diet was the comments on the video. They were so provoking and gave a positive vibe about the thing. Whenever I felt like losing my motivation I would quickly open the video link and see all those people losing weight and gaining a healthy body. You will definitely love to read them. Do let me know how did you feel about this diet in responses.
The Diet Plan :
This diet has a lot of health benefits. It’s simple and easy. One of the most important factors that make this diet effective is a spice-free and oil-free plan. Let's see the plan first.
Breakfast :
> 3 Hard-boiled Eggs
> 1 cup of Green Tea (no sugar)
Lunch:
>3 Hard-boiled Eggs
>1 Apple
>1 cup of Green Tea
Evening:
> 1 Apple
>1 cup of Green Tea
Dinner:
>A cup of Oatmeal
>1 Apple as a topping
>1 cup of Green Tea
Extras:
> You can have Cucumber and Carrots ( no seasoning)
> Nuts such as Almonds and dried fruits prunes e.t.c. (Avoid sugary resins)
Workout :
>You can do any sorts of workout that involve cardio.
>30 minutes of the walk can all do a lot.
My Thoughts that made the diet easier:
~ This is the diet plan that the Youtuber explained in her video. Some people follow it as it is. But in my view, it was tough to repeat the whole thing over and over again. This fact is a genuine thing that spice and oil have a great portion in our lives. The spices and those sour treats keep our cravings in place. The whole diet plan is quite simple but when it comes to following, it becomes very tough. Especially after two days, you will start losing motivation and result in a bad mood, dizziness, and a whirling head all the time.
My Routine:
Points to be kept in mind
So, I would like to tell you about my experience. Basically, there were few things that I kept in my mind:
1. My looks. If I was good in the mirror no extra fats can be seen then it's fine. I never wanted to see my skin dehydrated and have eye bags.
2. It is my health. The major focus of a diet is to remove any toxic fat that is causing harm to health. Never prefer skinny unattractive skin and body. You would never look good in bad health. Your kidneys should get sufficient water and your body should get enough food to be active and profficient.
The Day routine
- I started my day with a warm glass of lemon water. It is very good to increase your body metabolism and proves to be a catalyst. I usually used to wait for some time after having this magic drink. I used to put the eggs for a boil and do some chores. The best thing about this breakfast was the filling meal. It was quite magic. I never felt hungry during the whole process. I am late, or I must say very late riser. My breakfast would always be at 11 a.m.
- At 3 p.m I used to have lunch. In the early days of my diet, I used to have 3 eggs and an apple. But like I mentioned, “The Craving things”. They are real. To cope with this I usually took some curry or any of the usual meals prepared at home. I belong to an Asian Family so, whether it was chicken with gravy or any vegetable. I used to have 3 to 4 spoons of that on my plate along with 3 eggs and an apple. This helped me alot.
Caution!
Always indulge yourself in any other chore while having your meals like any T.V show or something else. Otherwise, You will start hating the eggs after 2 days.
- At nearly, 6 p.m I used to have my evening snack that was again an apple. I used to enjoy the apple and green tea so I didn’t make any changes to it.
- My dinner was good. I loved the Oatmeal. I used the same strategy while preparing my dinner. I used to add some of the daily meals prepared at home in the Oatmeal too. Apple and Oatmeal was a great combo for dinner.
- For late-night cravings, I always used to have some Almonds or peanuts.
Water intake :
I don’t know what words should I use to emphasize the importance of water during such diets. I used to drink 3 liters of water daily. The consumption of green tea causes severe dehydration. So try to have a great amount of water daily. This will keep your skin fresh and give a subtle glow too.
