Celestial beings are rare, but in the flesh, they aren’t. In our present lifetimes, we’ve all encountered angels in human form.

Real ones, who have left indelible imprints on our souls by showing up unexpectedly in the thirteenth hour of our lives

In our greatest time of need, we’ve leaned on friends and strangers alike who have offered a helping hand, a shoulder, warm hugs, reassuring words of comfort, valuable support, and a hand to hold when we needed it most.

The beauty of this moment is the eternal connection we make with these people, and how these encounters positively transform our lives and theirs.

While some of these encounters are random, heart-stopping moments that are just as beautiful, others morph into interesting and unexpected lifelong relationships that lighten up our lives.

The fascinating truth about receiving genuine help from people is that they honestly ask for nothing in return. Their job at that moment is to meet us halfway where we’re stuck and help us through.

In return, we have only sincere words of gratitude to express how profoundly grateful we are that they came through for us.

To some others, these words are simple and overused, but to these people who’ve offered unconditional comfort, these words, said with sincerity and genuine honesty, spark eternal flames in their hearts.

Why should we show gratitude?

— When we show gratitude with sincerity and honesty, it leaves a lasting imprint on the lives of these people and fuels their desire to keep doing good and spreading love.

— These bursts of gratitude refresh the souls of our helpers and renew their faith in showing kindness to humanity.

— We don’t show gratitude because we have to. We show them because it’s our way of ensuring the light of goodwill doesn’t end with us.

We believe that one random act of kindness paid forward with a sincere word of gratitude can cause a chain of ripple effects that will positively touch lives.

How significant is saying these words of gratitude with sincerity?

We may not know it, but the marks our words of gratitude said sincerity leaves on the souls of our helpers is an imprint one can erase.

When we speak words of gratitude with sincerity, it sparkles in our eyes and resounds in our words.

It is evident in the way we shake hands, plant a wet kiss on their cheeks, give a crushing bear hug, touch their feet, or say a prayer.

Words of gratitude said with sincerity unlock an overflow of kindness that humanity truly needs.

A short list of sincere words of gratitude that leave lasting imprints on others.

— I appreciate your help.

— I couldn’t have done this without you.

Take these words with you

  2. Do not be the reason the chain of goodwill stops with you.
  3. Pay the kindness you’ve received forward, so another can pay it forward too.
