Objective: Development of a 5-year Information Technology Master Plan

Background and Solution: The Maryland Port Administration (MPA) engaged Mindboard to develop a five (5) year Information Technology (IT) Strategic Master Plan which would guide operational and technology practices and refine the IT functional vision during and beyond this period. These services were performed in alignment with the mission, vision and strategic goals of Maryland Department of Transportation and Department of Information Technology at State of Maryland.

Mindboard’s assessment including documenting the existing technologies, staffing, budget practices and service delivery at MPA and determining operational and technology gaps. The final report also related practical recommendations for inclusion into a comprehensive IT strategic planning report.
