Objective: Development of a 5-year Information Technology Strategic Plan

Background and Solution: The City of Wilsonville, OR engaged Mindboard to develop a five (5) year old Information Technology Strategic Plan that will guide the City in planning, procuring and upgrading technology. The following project activities were conducted:

The specific and actionable recommendations Mindboard developed through this engagement enabled the City to maintain and support its current infrastructure, as well as improve its IT function service delivery in a cost-effective, responsive, secure, and stable manner.
