Creamy Herbed Tofu Spread

Bursting with flavors of garlic, dill and a hint of heat from Serrano peppers, this whipped, velvety dip will elevate any breakfast or snack spread 😁
Recipe —
Ingredients:
- 1/2 block of tofu (about 200g), drained
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 Serrano pepper, seeded and chopped
- A handful dill leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 5 whole peppercorns
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In a food processor, combine the drained tofu, minced garlic, chopped Serrano pepper, dill leaves, nutritional yeast, apple cider vinegar, peppercorns, and a pinch of salt
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed
- Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt or vinegar if needed
- Smear it on your favorite toasted bagel or use it as a snack dip.
