8 Reminders Keeping Me Sane

During 2020/2021 and onward

To help keep afloat during the craptacular years of 2020 and 2021, I’ve leaned on two different philosophies about ways of being and living by making little glass gem reminders of a single word that I carry around when I need that little bit of extra support to get me through a challenging day, week, or month. I usually choose one a day to have with me when I need it.
