In the summer of 2021, I put together a bunch of mindful psychology articles into a free ebook called Think. Feel. Be.
It’s a collection of articles, originally written for the website Elephant Journal, on positive psychology/psychology and mental health and mindfulness topics.
And since then I’ve written quite a few more articles on mental health and mindfulness and so I’ve decided to put together a second volume of all my articles on those topics (from my Mindful Mental Health publication) on Medium.
