Big news for the Mindful Mental Health community — our team is growing.

I’m so happy to share that

has joined as the second editor of Mindful Mental Health. She’s a Psychologist-in-training so is perfect to be one of the two new editors for this publication going forward and helping shape this publication with compassion, clarity, and creating space for honest conversations around mental health and mindfulness.

As our community expands, having another editor means we can:

  • Support more writers in sharing their stories
  • Maintain the high quality of work we’re proud to publish
  • Nurture the balance between lived experience, research, and creative expression

As an editor, Kelsey will be helping review submissions, offering feedback to contributors, and curating pieces that align with the mission of Mindful Mental Health. If you’re a writer interested in submitting, you may find her guiding you through the process.

Please join me in giving Kelsey a warm welcome! Having her on board means we can continue growing this publication in a way that feels sustainable, supportive, and true to its purpose as I step back and away coming January next year!

I’m excited to be leaving Mindful Mental Health in both

’s and Kelsey’s hands and what can be built going forward.

Thanks for reading! If you’ve enjoyed what you’ve read, remember to follow the publication (and clap/comment too!). Want to write for Mindful Mental Health? Please check out our submission guidelines and ask to be added as a writer in the comments of that post.
