How to combine problem space & solution space in an agile way?

🇧🇷 The concept evolved a lot in this text in Brazilian Portuguese:

Triple Track Agile: uma combinação de Problem Space com Solution Space

It is a process that aims to bring together Problem Space Research and Dual Track Agile (Discovery & Delivery) that is why I coined it as Triple Track Agile.

Maybe the name isn’t so good yet, but I’ve tried to put some label to facilitate while talking about the process with other people.

It’s an initial attempt to put together ideas inspired by the works of Indi Young, Dan Olsen, and Marty Cagan.

It can be a kick off to a discussion about this topic inside your company.
