Experiments in drawing simple SVG shapes interactively

To get a better feel for how the various SVG primitives work, I put together a little playground to draw simple SVG shapes interactively.

Check it out on CodePen (also below). There’s a fix number of handles and not all of them are used for every shape. You can toggle the type of shape in the lower right corner.
