Feeling good for no reason

In order to feel good in your life, do we need to have a reason ? Do we need to achieve something? Do we need to have a partner? Do we need to close this deal? Do we need to buy this house?

What if waiting for these things to happen was the precise reason why we never feel really good?

Positive thinking is good, but feeling powerful emotions is even better.

PRACTICE: Close your eyes, and try to feel good for no reasons. Practice feeling joy, enthusiasm, confidence, love, gratitude in your mind and body.
