Convincing Yourself

Do you spend a lot of energy trying to convince others that you are brillant?

Is it important for you that your colleagues, your friends, your clients, your kids, your parents, realize how good you are?

You might feel frustrated at times when you think someone does not get it. You might think it’s unfair.

But could it be possible that, sometimes, you struggle because you are not convinced yourself?

PRACTICE: Spend time alone convincing yourself. List all the reasons why you are worth it. Feel them in your heart. Stay silent for a couple of minutes. Integrate. Practice and repeat that until you are 10/10 auto-convinced (you are when you don’t feel the need anymore to convince anyone).

Give it a try and see what happens.
