Are you aware that you have a body?

I know it sounds silly, but seriously, can you feel your body right now?

Can you feel the different parts of your body?

Take a few seconds to explore.


Now let’s play. Are you able to read this post while feeling your right foot?

Try it. Keep your attention on your right foot.


If your attention goes away bring it back again to your right foot.

Be curious and precise about the sensations of your right foot.


Focusing your attention on the sensations in your body is very relaxing. It’s good for concentration. It’s also very effective when you have to perform under stressful conditions.

And by the way, by focusing the attention of your Self1 (remember him?), you let the space for your Self2 to perform.

PRACTICE: Be curious and explore. Try feeling different parts of your body from feet to head. Develop a close relationship with your body. And when you speak to someone try to feel your right foot at the same time.
