Not Knowing

We think we know everything. Ok maybe not everything, but we have opinions, strong beliefs about what needs to done.

We even write blog posts and allow ourselves to give suggestions to others.

But what if this knowledge, all these things we learned and experimented over the past, what if these things were becoming an obstacle in our learning, in our experience of life, in our performance, in our relationships?

PRACTICE: Focus on the next thing you have to do, no matter what. And before you start, assume you know nothing about it. Just be present and observe with an open mind, listen with a open heart.

Give it a try and see what happens.
