This is a term you often hear when coming to meditation but what does it mean?
And so many people come to my mindfulness classes telling me how much effort they use, to no avail, to try to stop their thoughts and empty their mind.

Thoughts arise, even as if your eyes are open, they cannot stop seeing, your mind cannot stop…
