Why you are Never Too Busy.

So often people tell my husband and I how busy they are and this is why they find it hard to fit mindfulness into their daily routine. We smile.

We both teach mindfulness, usually together and we specialise in helping people who live with or live with someone else with ADHD and PTSD. We base our teaching on the Thich Nhat Hanh School of Mindfulness.
