It’s in all the literature. Meditation will change your brain. A steady practice of 10–20 minutes a day after about 8 weeks will alter your brain waves.

The variation in the stats just depends on which teacher you’re listening to. But they all got the gist of it right. Here’s the story with some of the studies embedded into it that supports their words.
