In meditation, you have to close your eyes twice.
Upon the first closure, you’re on a straight path.
You glance in two main directions, in one dimension. You look forward, at the way ahead, which symbolizes your future. You also look back, at your past.
Your view now becomes richer with another dimension, and you look around, at your surroundings, thinking about your loved ones, and your communities.
Then you look up, opening the third dimension, and thinking about ideas in general. Then down, upon your own self.
Now that you’ve checked everything, you may close your mind’s eyes as well. You’ve arrived somewhere. And that’s where you want to meditate.
