If you have an iOS device, 5 minute journal is a great app.

I have used many journal/diary apps in the appstores out there, and this one stands out, because:

  1. It uses a very simple scientific approach to journaling that combines our innate psychological need to succeed. One day at a time.
  2. It makes journaling a fun habit. ( I am looking forward to journal)
  3. Makes me focus on the day — Makes me patient. Yet endure to grow.
