You did not grow up in a culture whose root purpose is the healing of inner blocks & mental knots. That just happens to be the raw material your psyche is made of — the stuff people in Asia work on purifying for lifetimes.

Energy isn’t flowing.

Your thoughts have no clue how to get your mind into motion properly. Emotions are caught in their comfortable grooves.

But there are some who’ve overcome the pitfalls of the human condition.

Following their guidance, I began to discover something crazily liberating. None of this stuff that throws up friction in your life is actually “me.”

But it certainly was my choice to keep being controlled by it — or to set sail, finally tasting freedom.
