Seedling — Talking to the Cosmos and Experiencing Divinity this Monsoon

Seed — the only form of energy capable of generating life

Collect seeds — of flowers, fruits, vegetables, whatever you can find. Gather them from the kitchen, garden, park, or street, wherever you can. Whether you’re cooking, taking a morning walk, or strolling through the park, seize every opportunity to collect seeds.

A collection of seeds gathered from parks, gardens, and kitchen

Now that you’ve gathered them, what’s next? Start planting. Where? In pots at home, in the ground, in the community park, along the roadside — anywhere you find space, plant them wherever you like.

Once planted, who will water them and take care of them? Don’t worry about that. Nature will take care of it — all the sun, rain, soil, and air will support your efforts. Tend to them as much as you can, with as much understanding as you have. Don’t worry about distant results or the outcome.

With the above discussion with self, I began planting seeds this monsoon season. Here are some results from my efforts:

Plants grown from seeds - 1

Ate mangoes, planted its kernals. Ate bell fruit, planted its seeds. Lemons, mint, berries, tomatoes — whatever I ate, I planted their seeds. Whatever you eat, just plant its seeds in the soil. It’s very simple — no science, no math, no complex procedures — just toss the seeds into the soil.

What will you gain from all this? Now this is some topic for discussion. You’ll gain a lot — positivity in life, creativity, tranquility, and perhaps even flowers and fruits.

Delving further into this, you will recognize the power of creation hidden within you. You will understand the relationship between yourself and nature. You’ll realize that you have a direct and open connection with the cosmos. You don’t need any religion, priest, or book to connect with divinity, and if you keep striving to communicate, one day you will receive a response. One day, you will become a part of the divine, sharing its essence.

Monsoon is not just a season but a wonderful opportunity to experience the magical process of creation and life-giving. Don’t miss it — plant seeds. Whether you get anything in return or not, becoming a creator yourself should be more than enough.
