Winter and spring are the best times to comfortably venture into the natural spaces Hong Kong has to offer. During this current period, many are opting to avoid crowded urban areas by staying at home. While home can be a cozy retreat, staying indoors for too long can become stifling, and long, sedentary hours can make us feel sluggish.

Increased physical activity and interaction with nature has been evidenced to improve mental health, and is an excellent alternative for those who want to stay active.
