Introducing BotLetter 2.0- The Next generation of Marketing has arrived

One month back, we launched BotLetter 1.0. Our goal was to introduce businesses to a new ecosystem of Social Messaging apps and show them how they can be leveraged to reach customers in an effective way.

Businesses have reacted. Today, we have over 300 Businesses globally using BotLetter to send product updates, weekly newsletters and personalised offers to their customers directly on Facebook Messenger. Not just small businesses or marketers but big brands like World Economic Forum, HubSpot, Mattermark are using BotLetter too as an alternative to Email Marketing. Today we can say that…

The Next Generation Of Marketing Has Arrived

When you think about your own mobile activity, I can almost guarantee that texting and messaging friends and family is done on a daily- if not hourly -basis. With over three billion global users on top four messaging apps, messaging is the single biggest opportunity for brands to engage with its customers and is now possible with BotLetter.

Through BotLetter, brands can build, maintain subscribers list and send personalised content on-demand and at scale. For the end consumer, it is more a personalised recommendation directly delivered to his Facebook Messenger.

Email Marketing is the Past Now !!

Email is the primary channel for businesses to reach customers. Every small, medium and large business is using email as a marketing tool bombarding the users with large volume of messages daily. Consumers do not want any more emails. Email servers are deploying filters to block “spams”. Email marketing is not effective anymore.

BotLetter results - How does it fair up against Email?
