Many sleepless nights shall pass,
Many voiceless dreams shall perish,
Many songless lyrics shall prance,
Before the Rest arrives.

Few thunderstorms shall not raze,
Few tombstones shall not rattle,
Few torn lives shall rejoice,
Before the Rest arrives.

Yet,
No mind shall scatter
To find a shelter, that can
Go kind on its madness, and
Yet,
Settle in the vast ocean
Of tumultuous rage, of pain;
Of songs of rain,
Of loneliness and lust,
Of ashes and dust.

Yonder, ahoy!
The Rest arrives!
