How pain is good thing?

Okay, pain when you hear this word your brain like ow man this is one of the terrible things in life that we all face!

But wait, because here is the question what is pain?

  • Pain is something that is telling you to move to the tight direction
  • Think about you put your hand on hot stove and you feel burning, for sure you will move your hand from that stove right, because you felt that pain of burning
  • If you are sitting on sofa for long time and you feel back pain, what it’s telling is that move, else your spine will get injured!

So, pain is Messenger to do something different, it’s a special kind of motivation

But the real question is that are you listening to that pain?

  • If yes then you may learn something from your pain,
  • If no then it makes you weaker and weaker

It’s like that voice form the universe it will get louder and louder and louder and louder!

Now if you don’t listen to that voice it will smack you through a brick, which is extra pain, Pain + Pain = More Pain

Now even you don’t listen to that voice it will hit you through truck!

The truck is sum of all pains that you didn’t listened to!

How to learn from it?

  • If you are emotional, then take some time to calm your brain, because when emotions increase logic decreases so take some time to calm your brain

Once you feel stable, then take pen and paper and ask yourself these questions: -

  • What am I feeling?
  • What am I supposed to learn from this?
  • What can I do about this?
  • Am I listening?
