One thing to develop in 2021

Everyone wants to change their life in 2021 but there is one thing that everyone should develop to get the most from 2021.

And that thing is to Develop your will power (Make your mind, your body, your motivation to do anything).

So, what is will power: - When you say that “I am going to do this no matter whatever comes” and you also do that thing

You have a goal on what you want to work for, to figure out what that is and to work at it no matter what things happen, no matter how you feel each day, it’s like to do it even when you don’t want to do it.

Doing something that you don’t want to do is makes you strong.

And you need to develop this mindset that “I am going to do it anyway because I know what I am going to do”

And this responsibility is up to us to make change.

It’s the end of year 2020 and there is comfort zone of everyone, but if you want big change in 2021 then you have to change yourself, you have to change your mindset, and then and only then you can say “2021 is my year” because you wanted to make changes in your life, and for that you have to get out of your comfort zone.

Most of us think that “I am really good at starting things, I get really excited, but after some days I don’t do anything and that’s why I don’t set any goals” because I don’t finish things that I actually start.

Let’s take example of rubber band: —

The reason why is that, you think of rubber band and if you pulling it, it grows, people will pull them self and stretch their comfort zone and they stretch it for 3–10 days after they start shrinking back, and they stop everything, and slowly but surely that rubber band goes back to their same size.

So, what do you need to do is you need to break it; you need to break your comfort zone, what we need to just pull ourselves for so long, outside of our comfort zone, every single day consistently, until we breakout our comfort zone, until we create a new version of ourselves.

And it will create a new comfort zone that is so much bigger, and we as a person that’s so much better than we’ve ever been.

Doing what you don’t want to do: Eat that frog, what I mean is every single day when you wake up, do the first thing that you don’t want to do.

And here are some of the things that you can try, challenge yourself do these for at least 60 days.

  1. Take a cold shower.
  2. Workout every single day.
  3. Stick to the diet of your choice.
  4. No alcohol for 60 days.
  5. Journal every single day.
  6. Meditate every single day.
