When you order a MinexPay card, we kindly ask you to provide some information and supporting documents to prove your identity.
We have chosen Sum&Substance as the official KYC/AML solution provider to establish a smooth and intuitive procedure. This way you can rest assured that all the data you provide is encrypted and safe.
KYC Verification
To start the KYC verification, log in to your profile and click on the respective tab in the menu. Mark all the checkboxes and click ‘Proceed’.
Step 1
Select the country that has issued the document confirming your identity and select the type of your ID (a passport or an ID card).
Step 2
Upload a high-definition photo of your ID with no cut corners. Make sure that all the information on the picture is clearly visible.
Step 3
Upload a bright and readable photo of you with your ID document. Please note that your face should be fully visible in the photo.
Step 4
For address verification, upload a high-res picture of one of the documents from the list. It should not be older than three months.
Step 5
Great, you’ve provided all the documents! Please wait while we verify your identity. The process may take up to 24 hours, but it usually lasts less than 3 minutes.
AML/CFT
Step 1
Firstly, enter your first and last name, and then choose the country of your citizenship.
Step 2
Next, fill in the delivery address and your telephone number.
Step 3
For each question, select the option that applies to you. Click on the question marks to get the detailed explanation.
Check all the information carefully and click on ‘Submit’ button. The application review won’t take long. If you’ve made a mistake during the process, feel free to contact our support via Telegram chats or email us at support@minexsystems.com. Our team is available 24/7.
