MinexSystems announces the cash-out of 5% of their own Omnigames shares for MNX

We would like to inform you about a great opportunity for MNX holders. As we’ve mentioned in the recent post, MinexSystems ltd. is the main shareholder of Omnigames, a promising mobile games developer. Thereby, MinexSystems ltd. is announcing the cash-out of 5% of their own Omnigames shares, in exchange for MNX.
What does that mean?
The cash-out of Omnigames’ shares means that MNX holders are able to buy not just a cryptocurrency, but a part of a full-functioning project.
We all remember how Pokémon Go game captivated the world bringing mind-blowing profits to its creators. Naturally, many people didn’t know about the game coming up. However, most of you would probably not miss a chance to invest in Pokémon Go if you knew about its perspectives before the official release.
MinexSystems offers you a unique possibility to purchase shares of an expectedly successful project. Moreover, you won’t get a doubtful cryptocurrency in exchange for MNX but real shares of a real company. Finally, we expect that these investments will pull a large amount of MNX supply from the market and positively influence the coin’s price.
Conditions of the sale
The shares sale will follow the Dutch auction principle: the final share price in MinexCoin will depend on the amount of MNX invested, after the sale is complete. To retain adequate pricing, we have set the 500,000 MNX soft cap, and 1,000,000 MNX hard cap. All raised funds from the cash-out will go to MinexSystems. In case 500,000 MNX are not collected, all funds will be sent back to the purchasers.
The minimal purchase on the Dutch auction is 10,000 MNX. The participation is only available to verified users who have completed the KYC process.

The auction will last for three months or until the hard cap of 1,000,000 MNX is reached. After the sale is closed, the shares will be ready to transfer in about a month, with additional 2 to 3 weeks for getting the ownership transition ready.

Omnigames company is preliminarily evaluated at $8–10 million. Условия продажи
Продажа акций будет проведена по принципу голландского аукциона: окончательная цена акции выраженная в Minexcoin будет зависить от количества инвестированных MNX, и будет известна после окончания продажи.
Чтобы гарантировать адекватную стоимость, мы установили минимально возможное количество продаж в 500 000 MNX, и максимальное — в 1 миллион MNX. Все средства, собранные во время продажи, перейдут компании MinexSystems. В случае, если сумма в 500 000 MNX не будет собрана, все деньги будут возвращены покупателям.
Минимальная покупка в рамках голландского аукциона — 10 000 MNX. Участие доступно только верифицированным пользователям, которые прошли процесс KYC.
