I have a complete infatuation with print magazines. When you find a beautiful, hand crafted magazine with immersive content — it’s I discovered a new hidden treasure.

They inspire me. If you’re feeling a little hung up on looking at your computer screen, grab a cup of coffee and sit down to one of these magazines. You’ll be back, completely full of inspiration in no time.

With that in mind, I thought I’d share my current top 3 inspirational magazines.

1. Cereal

For years, I’ve been shouting about how a city has a soul. You must get to know that city before you fully understand why it moves the way it does.

Cereal is a magazine that helps you discover a city’s soul.

With new places to discover in each issue, this magazine will keep you submerged in stunning imagery, well written content and encapsulating subject matter.

2. Offscreen

I love to follow the inspirational side of the tech industry. The creators that really care where the industry is going and love to give back to it. I like to think of myself within that category.

Offscreen helps you discover the real product makers, the people who craft web and mobile products. Again, exceptional writing and photography.

You really get a sense of a person and their creations by reading Offscreen.

3. Lagom

Last but absolutely not least, Lagom.

Lagom is a celebration of innovation and creativity — a lifestyle magazine showcasing those who achieve a sense of balance between work and play.

‘Lagom’ is a Swedish word with no direct English translation, but loosely describes the concept of having just the right about of something: not too little, not too much.
