In this episode I chatted with Bipolar Barbie — a mental health advocate and social media influencer from Australia, who blogs and vlogs about her experiences living with Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder, and Generalised Anxiety Disorder. I first got to know Bipolar Barbie through her presence on Instagram, and she uses her visibility on social media to share her story to help and inspire thousands of people around the world. I learned a lot from this lovely conversation and Bipolar Barbie even gives us a little taste of some of her spoken word at the end of the conversation.
