2019 MLB Mock Draft: CB Lottery Edition
The MLB offseason may not have gotten fully underway, but that doesn’t mean that there isn’t an opportunity to speculate on how the MLB draft will play out this early. With the CB Lottery picks officially announced, the only thing that prevents this year’s draft order from being fully finalized are the compensatory picks for free agent signings and trades before June.
This mock mainly uses Baseball America’s High School and College rankings. Picks once again are based on organizational depth, although tendencies by teams and GMs will be considered this time around.
