2021 MLB Mock Draft 2.0
As we get into the offseason of the craziest year imaginable, it’s time to really kick the mock draft szn into gear. The Pirates, by virtue of finishing the worst in the 60 game sprint, have essentially won what everyone already knows as the Kumar Rocker sweepstakes. In one of the strongest draft classes in recent memory, this is definitely going to be a fun year to speculate who goes where.
Obviously with how early things are, these picks are purely speculative, and it bears repeating, the methodology is based on organizational depth, not tendencies, not rumors unless anything is official. This mock is also essentially a slideshow, writeups will not be available until Mock 3.0, which will be released in December alongside MLB Pipeline’s Top Draft Prospect list. Picks have been made with the aid of Baseball America’s Top High School and College Draft prospect lists.
With that said, here’s Mock 2.0.
