5 InsurTech resources for beginners
Good places to start learning about the disruptive wave of insurance technology.
Over the last couple of months at Mint we’ve been looking at InsurTech as an area for new ventures.
We’ve got a couple of ideas coalescing, and we thought we’d put together a list of some of the most useful resources we’ve found in the space so far.
1. Instech monthly meetup
If you want to learn more about Insurance Tech, and can make it along, this London event is a great way to get started. There’s a great, inclusive atmosphere of things just starting to come together; the people behind the event also send out periodic useful roundups of the InsurTech scene in the capital and beyond.
2. Inside InsurTech
This podcast consists mainly of insightful interviews with startup founders and other innovators across London’s InsurTech scene.
3. Coverager
Coverager is a regular newsletter that offers a comprehensive digest of deals and doings in the insurance space.
4. Daily Fintech
For a diverse range of views and insights across the fintech landscape (including the burgeoning InsurTech sector) from an experienced roster of writers, Daily Fintech is worth your email address.
5. InsurTech News
You might think of InsurTech News as the Slashdot of InsurTech: it neatly aggregates stories around the sector from a broad range of reputable publications.
