We’ve come a long way at MintFlint. We’ve spent the last few weeks in public beta, having users from all over the world try out the platform and improving it everyday. We’ve released more than 40 builds/updates in both, public and private beta. Currently, we’re at 32 daily active users and have generated a revenue of over 270+ MTF just this week. 270 MTF. That’s users utilising MintFlint for its utility, not for trading, monetory gain or speculative purposes. For utility. Today, we were approved by Apple for the AppStore and will be making our appearance on the market soon.

As the year ends, there is no better time to outline our vision for 2019.

We’ve distributed MintFlint’s development into 4 major phases, adding immense value to users on each step while also expanding our market to new segments as we progress.

Phase 1: Launching the first version — Now Complete (almost).

This phase involved launching the foundational structure of MintFlint — what we would build upon. Building the payment gateway was very important to us. You can’t build a consumer-centric product without users and so the objective for this version is to acquire a small pool of users that guide is through the evolution of what MintFlint will look like 3 months from now. We now have a MVP and a small pool of active users.

We’re ready to grow, we’re ready to listen, we’re ready to build.

This phase will conclude when we release MintFlint to the AppStore later this week.

Phase 2: features, features, features and intergalactic space travel — Development begins January 2019

Well, not exactly intergalactic space travel, but we’ve been listening to users. In fact, that’s how I’ve been spending the majority of my time lately. We’re going to be rolling out a set of features that will drastically evolve the user experience. In the pipeline, some of the new features involve:

  1. Transferable Votes (Tipping)
  2. Transactions History.
  3. Automatic Airdrop You won’t have to wait 24 hours to receive your airdrop. You’ll get MTF instantly, as soon as you download MintFlint and input your Ethereum address.
  4. Plate expansion/responsiveness
and Article features. Hopefully, by February, all our blogposts will be written on MintFlint.
  5. Updated payment gateway design.
  6. Draft storage for plates.
  7. Notifications screen. Yes, you’ll be able to view all your notifications from a single source.
  8. Ability to copy from plates.
  9. Slider for mooning plates. In the current version, the moon button is just that: a button. We’ll be converting it into a slider.

… and many more features that we’re still working on. Some major features haven’t been released publicly due to confidentiality — we wan’t to keep some good stuff up our sleeves to blow your mind later.

Phase 3: Android — Q3 2019

Good news for Android users. Everything we see on IOS will converge to Android.

Phase 3.5: Currently confidential — 2019

Phase 3.9: Currently confidential — 2019

Phase 4: Wallet integration — 2019

This is aligned with our vision to contribute to true crypto adoption. We believe in measuring success with daily active users and not market caps. To achieve this, it is essential to build an immersive and smooth user experience. We plan on implementing a wallet directly on MintFlint. It’ll take less than a few seconds to buy Votes or receive the MintFlint airdrop and we’re looking forward to reducing wait times and not have users wonder off to third party wallet services while trying to transfer MTF to their account.

2019 is going to be an exciting year. For users, you’ll see us grow and evolve as a product. For the people involved like me? I’m just hoping to get a few dopamine kicks.

If you’re reading this in 2018, thank you for following us from the very beginning because this is just that — the beginning.

Mr. Boson signing off.
