Residence in the Netherlands
1. Do I have to take out insurance? You must have a travel insurance with coverage for possible expenses for urgent medical care, emergency treatment at a hospital and repatriation for medical reasons. As soon as you start working in the Netherlands, it is mandatory for you to take out a Dutch basic health insurance. If it is established that you are obliged to do so, you have three months to arrange this.

荷蘭國民基本醫療保險 (Basisverzekering)
是荷蘭政府規定的必要保的健康保險
會有社會補助可以Cover不用擔心
而我使用 Zorgwijzer 網站去比價保險
選擇了最便宜的 Zilveren Kruis
怎麼被溢收了？
2021/11/02 抵達荷蘭
2021/12/20 取得BSN
2022/01/15 申請保險
申請 Zilveren Kruis 過程中只有要我填抵達荷蘭日期
沒有要我填要保開始日期之類的
就以為應該是申請日當天開始
2022/01/25 通知安排好了
而保險的時間是從 2022/11/02 開始
我的保險補助只能從2022年開始補貼
也就是我要補繳去年11、12月和今年1月費用
完全不合理
沒保保險還要支付保險費
因此開始討錢之路
1. 上 Zilveren Kruis 客服說明我的情況(可省略)
他們客服蠻有效率的且支援英文
蠻有耐心回答的：）
: I understand. But at first we take the date from your residence permit as start date for your insurance. If the date you start working is different, the SVB should provide us a document which said we can change the start date.
2. 至SVB申請 Wlz 調查
至SVB網站申請 Onderzoek verzekering Wlz aanvragen
說明我大概是寫我持WHP簽證，在什麼時候保了保險、開始工作，但是保險公司多收我幾個月的費用…
接下來有遇到的表格就都照實填囉
3. 接著等待再等待
2022/03/04 向保險公司說明我的情況，當天至SVB申請Wlz調查
2022/03/11 收到SVB第一封信-調查表格，當天填寫完畢上傳
2022/03/25 收到SVB第二封信-工作合約、填寫手機後上傳
2022/04/06 收到SVB第三封信-上面會標示加入Wlz健保的時間(就是要這份)
以上SVB的信都會有荷蘭文、英文版各一份
4. 將第三封信上傳至Zilveren Kruis網站（*重要）

隔天我有詢問客服有無收到文件
回覆如下
:Our policyservice will administer your documnet within 10 working days and give you a response in writing thourgh Mijn Zllveren kruis and also an e-mail. If they alter the starting date, then they will also tell you about the amount of money we will refund.
結論
2022/04/12 收到Email 通知保險時間加入Wlz開始算
2022/04/13 收到Email 通知
我們已經相互結算了金額…您將收到我們提供的 3.61 歐元。
正當我很問號的隔天
2022/04/14 收到完整溢繳退款啦 🥳
Highly skilled migrant(KM) 好像也會遇到但我不確定
是那時候保險公司的客服有詢問我是不是Highly skilled migrant簽證
