We’re all about shaking things up to unlock potential, so our Methods for Mischief aren’t always conventional. To help you get to grips with our way of working, we’ve put together this easy fit test. We love the work we do, so we want the people we work with, to love it too.

1. If you want a familiar process, with familiar results

We tailor our workshops, pulling from a variety of methodologies to meet your unique needs. It’s new, it’s refreshing, at least once in the workshop you’ll think its weird. This will mean a whole new world of possibilities at your fingertips.

2. If you’re uncomfortable with young women introducing you to future mindsets, tools and techniques for transformational work — without a grey haired man standing behind them

Hey look — we know we don’t have to tell the majority of you this, but you’d be surprised how often we come up against it.

We may be small, but we are mighty. Let our work, our results and our achievements speak for us. We deliver workshops for McKinsey, take the stage at conferences, lead projects in Russia, New York, London (next up Dubai) and hold a record of 450 workshop participants in one day.

If you’re afraid people won’t take us seriously (seriously?) then you haven’t seen us in action.

3. When you want someone else to do all the work, without getting your own hands in the process

You know your company, your brand, your product inside out. We have the tools to help you unlock opportunities, discover potential, connect you to your users and to add velocity to your work. The key to this is collaboration and participation. So unless you are ready to roll up your sleeves and take part in the process (and in doing so not only gain results but new skills in your tool-belt) don’t hire us.

4. If you think serious(ly awesome) results, requires serious behaviour

We’ve worked with board members, and students — with bankers and artists, and what we’ve discovered is the not so shocking truth; underneath it all, everyones the same. Yes, we refine our content to meet different audiences, and true, our exercises for Execs aren’t always the same as those for students. But we’re committed to creating engaging, enjoyable and equalizing experiences for every participant. Whoever said hard work isn’t fun hasn’t tried our workshops.
