What you eat can affect your skin, both positively and negatively.

Acne: Dairy and surgery good are acne triggers. Maca, cinnamon, and apple cider vinegar help to combat acne via their hormone balancing, anti-bacterial properties.

Eczema/Rosacea: Probiotic supplements and fermented vegetables are both helpful in keeping eczema & rosacea at bay.

Dark Circles: Often allergies are the cause of dark circles; quercetin is a natural antihistamine that may help. Quercetin is available in supplement form as well as in dark berries & green tea.

Wrinkles: Wrinkles form due to lack of collagen. Bone broth soups and vitamin C help to stimulation new collagen and prevent environmental damage.

Dry Skin: We all know you should drink 8+ glasses of water a day, but in addition you can hydrate with added vitamin A, found in sweet potatoes and dark leafy greens.
