Ari Betof and Kelsey Vrooman, the respective leaders of Organizational Sustainability Consulting and Actionable Institutional Research & Data announced today the successful merger of their business operations and the launch of a new unified company, Mission & Data.
Mission & Data will build on the successes of its parent companies to offer an integrated solution that offers custom data products, strategy consulting, and tailored coaching for leadership teams and boards of trustees.

Prior to the merger, Betof and Vrooman had collaborated on the design and development of a dynamic financial modeling tool for independent schools and had jointly presented twelve times on financial sustainability during the COVID-19 pandemic at the invitation of member organizations across the United States and Canada. After working closely together through their respective companies and in prior roles, Betof and Vrooman celebrate their decision to join forces to realize their shared vision for a mission-driven, data-informed consulting firm that serves clients internationally.
Over the past two decades, Betof and Vrooman have served at all levels of leadership and governance within independent schools and membership organizations that serve the sector. The pair deliver unparalleled expertise, technical prowess, and industry perspective in refining strategy and cultivating organizational effectiveness.
With the goal of enhancing mission-driven, data-informed leadership and governance in organizations that make the world a better place, Mission & Data will focus on helping clients make better decisions and improve practice. Projects include:

- Developing custom data products, visualizations, and dashboards to highlight progress, identify trends, and leverage actionable insights.
