If you’ve used the Program Management Module (PMM) to help organize your organizations programs, track the services delivered, and track attendance, you’re not alone! PMM rocks! It’s so beautifully simple that expanding it to fit your use cases is super easy. One recent customer of mine asked how we might track the value of services delivered to beneficiaries (Program Engagements in PMM speak), even though they aren’t necessarily charging for them.

Check out the video below and I hope this is helpful in your own organization!

You may have noticed in the video that each service had a fixed value per unit. This may not be the case in your organization. You could also put the currency field on the service delivery and have a user enter the estimated value when they are adding a new service delivery (you can add your field to the appropriate field set). The formula field would then just look at the value on the service delivery rather than the service itself. The report shown in the video can be run the exact same way!

Helpful Links and Information:

Formula Field (as shown in video):
pmdm__Service__r.Estimated_Value__c * pmdm__Quantity__c
