You’ve carefully maintained your Daily Play Streak, scrutinized every unit multiplier, and unlocked all the badges you can find. After saving up, it’s finally the moment you’ve been waiting for: time to redeem your hard-earned units for a reward! Our gift cards can’t be refunded or exchanged, so read on to make sure you have all the details you need.

Ordering your reward

First and foremost, launch Mistplay and check your email address to make sure it’s the correct one! We won’t be able to change it after your gift card has already been used. (If you realize that your gift card has been sent to the wrong email, be sure to contact our support team as soon as possible! If your gift card hasn’t been used yet, we may be able to resend it to the correct email.)

Then, go to the Shop tab and decide what gift card you’re interested in. Take a careful look at the Terms and Conditions to make sure it’s exactly what you’re looking for. For example, some of our gift cards are available in digital or physical form. Ordering a physical gift card will deduct a fee of several dollars from your gift card to deliver it to your mailing address. On the other hand, our virtual gift cards will not charge a fee and will be delivered to your email inbox.

If you’re buying a gift card to make a specific purchase, we recommend double checking to make sure that the merchant will accept the gift card. Once you’re positive that you’ve found the gift card you want, click BUY to submit and confirm your order!

You should then receive a pop-up dialog letting you know that your order was successfully completed.

What’s next?

Did you know that we review every gift card that’s ordered through Mistplay? This is why it can take up to 48 hours before your reward arrives to your email. As a general example, if you ordered your gift card on Tuesday at 4 PM, it should arrive by Thursday at 4 PM at the very latest. You can keep tabs on your order by checking the My Rewards page. There are two ways to get there:

  • From the Shop tab, tap the wallet icon in the top right corner
  • From the Profile tab, tap the three dots in the top right corner > Select “My Rewards”

After 48 hours, your gift card should have arrived to your email. Look out for an email from “Mistplay” or from the address “noreply@tangocard.com”. Sometimes the email can go into your spam or junk folder accidentally, so be sure to check there too.

Congratulations! Your email should arrive with all the instructions you need to redeem your gift card. Now all that’s left to do is enjoy your reward and start thinking about what you’ll redeem next.
