The seven habits of highly effective Mistplayers
Whether you just joined the Mistplay Community today or have been gaming with us from the start, you don’t want to miss out on these seven crucial ways to maximize your earnings.
Unit Multipliers
On the details page of every Mistplay game, you’ll find the unit multiplier. This number will tell you how many units you’ll earn when playing that specific game. A higher multiplier means that you’ll earn more units every time you level up the game in Mistplay, so it’s worth prioritizing these high-rewarding games to earn units faster.
Badges
Unlocking your badges is one of the most exciting ways to earn extra units! Every game offers badges that will give you bonus units for achieving certain milestones. For example, the Night Owl badge will reward you for playing late at night, and the Social Gamer badge will reward you for reaching Level 5.
Time Tracking
Mistplay needs to be able to detect all of your playtime properly in order to reward you. To make sure you never miss out on units, you should always launch your games through Mistplay. This will make sure Mistplay is running and able to track your playtime. It’s also important to actively play your games in order to get your GXP and your units! You’ll know that Mistplay is tracking your playtime properly when you see our “welcome back” banner pop up at the top of your screen as you launch a game. While you play, you should also see drop-down notifications that you’re earning Game Experience (GXP) every few minutes.
Daily Play
Tapping the flame icon in your top bar will bring up your Daily Play streak, which can help you earn weekly bonuses. To increase your play streak, all you have to do is play some games through Mistplay every day. Once you play for seven days in a row, you’ll earn a unit bonus! As your streak gets longer, your weekly bonus will increase.
Time Caps and Level Caps
You can earn GXP for each game on Mistplay for a maximum of two hours per day. Once you’ve played a game for two hours, remember to switch over to a different one in order to keep earning GXP. If you reach Game Level 20 cap on one of your games, switch over to another one in order to keep earning units.
Boosted Games
Check in regularly to see if you are offered any boosted games. Game developers will occasionally choose to boost their games, meaning the unit multiplier will be significantly higher than it normally is. Playing boosted games will allow you to earn units at a much faster rate.
Bonus Units
Have you visited the bonus tab in your Mistplay app yet? Completing bonus tasks will instantly get you more units, such as 15 units when you subscribe to our newsletter. You’ll also be able to find your invite code here. Using this code to invite a friend to Mistplay will give you 100 units as soon as your friend reaches Level 4!
