MIT IDE’s Alex “Sandy” Pentland joined Michael Abelson, VP at General Motors, and Alan Murray, Editor of Fortune, in a Deloitte-sponsored, 2017 World Economic Forum panel in Davos.

The topic was the future of mobility. Key issues included the economic and regulatory issues around ride sharing versus single-owner vehicles; the need for new business models and social changes to accommodate autonomous vehicles, and the best applications for mobile AI technologies — such as trucks or city transportation.
