Welcome to the MIT Black Students’ Union publication!

We encourage all members of the MIT black community — students, alumni, faculty, and staff — to contribute to this publication. Share your stories, passions, artistic expressions, learnings, research, opinions, concerns, critiques, and whatever what makes you tick. No story is too honest, too radical, or too real!

Although we recommend creating a Medium account to post, you do not need one — we can post on your behalf (while still giving you all credits of course!).

If you would like to publish a work on this page, we ask that you refer to Medium’s site guidelines on appropriate content. Generally, we will not publish: hate speech, anything excessively threatening or violent, harassment/bullying, unwarranted ad hominem attacks, sponsored content, or anything that doesn’t align with MIT BSU’s core values.

*If your work includes sensitive content, we ask that you include a brief trigger warning at the beginning of the post.

To submit content, send a draft to bsu-exec@mit.edu — we will share all further instructions directly!
