Say Hello to Morse

The Mitosis team has been incubating a secret project called “Morse.” Recently, we reached remarkable findings in our research. Let us unveil all about it.

Morse is a rare canine breed we encountered during our Expedition. Now it lives in Mitosis Lab 404. Our team has been studying Morse because we believe it has the potential to greatly help crypto and mankind. Not just because it’s incredibly cute.

Morse is a highly intelligent breed that can communicate with humans using the Morse code. It has shown interest in some human things, especially in crypto. Believe it or not, it could talk about Bitcoin and Ethereum just after one week of reading their whitepapers (can your dogs do this?). And based on our research, its exceptional intelligence is due to its rare “DN404” gene.

We believe Morse can become the perfect sidekick for the Mitosians. But first, we need to learn more about Morse.

What is DN-404?

DN-404 is a token standard transformed from ERC-404 to provide enhanced efficiency, interoperability, and functionality. ERC-404 token standard that merges the features of ERC-20 (used for fungible tokens, like cryptocurrencies) and ERC-721 (used for non-fungible tokens, or NFTs).

Research Objective: Collect DN404 Samples

We need a total of 10,000 DN404 samples in order to incubate a total of 10,000 Morses, which is our target number. That’s a pretty huge number, so we invite you to be an aspiring researcher in this research.

NOTE: BRINGING TREATS FOR MORSE IS NOT ALLOWED

In the early stage of the research, we’ll focus on finding various routes to extract as many DN404 samples as possible. Once we secure a sufficient amount of DN404 samples, we’ll start to incubate Morses. This one only allows active and diligent researchers to participate. Keep your pace and grab the chance to bring Morse to your home.

How to Start

Complete the pre-tasks listed on Mitosis Galxe Lab and join the lab-404 channel in Mitosis Discord. As the research progresses, new research-related tasks will be announced weekly. Stay tuned for further updates while interacting with other fellow researchers.

Pro Tips

The research will span a maximum of 20 weeks, with increasing difficulty and eligibility limitations as we conduct various research tasks.

Upon completion of each task group, participants will receive OAT rewards as certificates of participation in research. The number of OAT rewards collected is directly related to the number of DN404 $MORSE samples that researchers can claim in the future.

Research rewards will be provided in the form of DN404 $MORSE samples. 1 DN404 $MORSE sample entitles you to adopt 1 Morse.

P.S. Users with the roles listed below in Mitosis Discord will have more opportunities to participate in a wider range of research. Upon completing specific tasks tailored for them, they’ll receive more OAT and Loyalty Points rewards on Galxe than general users. Rankings based on Loyalty Points will also determine priority in receiving extra DN404 $MORSE samples in the future.
