Requirements:
A strong interest in community management, and willing to maintain community order, mediate disputes within the group, and create a positive and healthy community atmosphere; Ability to actively communicate and interact with players, enthusiastically help players, maintain an objective and neutral position to resolve conflicts; Self-drive to actively publish topics, guide player discussion, enhance the depth and breadth of content in the group, launch topic discussions and activities based on real-time hotspots, and encourage discussion.
Work Description:
1. Remove inappropriate content and advertisements that have nothing to do with the theme of the group in a timely manner;
2. Provide timely and professional answers to the questions of members;
3. According to the situation of the community, report the main topics of the community every week, and users’ thoughts;
4. Provide suggestions for optimizing the status quo of the community and implement them according to brand requirements;
5. Actively communicate with members of the group to activate the atmosphere;
6. Consciously maintain a good image of the group;
7. Other work related to community management.
